FX-079 Cholla Cactus handle w/ a 52100 Damascus blade

This is small fixed blade knife has a 2.75 inch ball bearing steel blade mixed with 10% nickel. The blade has a Damascus twisted fold that turned out just beautiful.  The handle is 3" inches and was handcrafted from a Cholla Cactus and secured in a red and green colored epoxy. Included in this sale is a custom leather sheath that can be worn on either side of the hip. 

 52100 ball bearing steel is a high carbon, high chromium alloy steel.  With 52100 steel the blade will be easy to sharpen and have long term edge retention.  The steel has a great balance between high wear resistance and great toughness.   52100 should always be cleaned and dry before storage as to not encourage rust.
