We stand behind our work and offer a 100% satisfied guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased  please contact us within 10 days of your purchase date.  You must contact CEK by phone or email before returning your item . We will replace your item with same knife style of equal value.  (Note that our knives are one of a kind so they may be similar in style but slightly different in looks/color shades.  Buyer pays shipping fees.
